Giving moments of joy, connection,
community and creativity

Imagine this: hundreds of people in need in our community getting free access to creativity, finding warmth, making friends and boosting their wellbeing - we call this New Brewery Hearts.

Help us reach our fundraising target of £12,000 to make New Brewery Hearts happen.

We are giving 1200 free hours on our creative classes to those who need it the most. Working in partnership with local front-line charities, we can give moments of joy, connection, community and creativity. Free spaces on our classes can bring a myriad of physical and mental-health benefits; reduced social isolation and anxiety, a sense of fulfilment, achievement and increased confidence.

We’ve teamed up with Spacehive for our New Brewery Hearts Crowdfund appeal - we have until the 1st July to reach our target.

New Brewery Hearts participants come from the community and are referred to us by our key front-line community partners who work with vulnerable and disadvantaged people. Our partners include Cirencester Foodbank, The Churn Project and Cirencester Housing for Young People (CHYP).

Joining the course at New Brewery Arts was a turning point for me. I live a very isolated life in a quiet village with my parents. I am neuro diverse and suffer with dark depression . Life was empty and I had no hobbies or routine. I would lie in bed all day long and have no purpose to get up.

I was able to get a bursary which was amazing, as being on benefits means I don’t have a lot of money to spend on myself. I look forward to my weekly sessions. I have made a friend.
