Suzanne is the maker behind The Whistle Press. She creates beautiful, bespoke letterpress wedding stationery, combining modern and antique methods creatively and thoughtfully. Suzanne has a passion that shines through in her unique designs, letterpress wedding invitations and suites. Every order is patiently handmade in house from start to finish, lovingly assembled and meticulously checked over.
Working mainly on commissions, Suzanne believes in individuality and uniqueness. She puts a lot of time and energy into getting to know her clients so she can create the perfect designs that aim to reflect their personality and character. She has worked with many couples creating wedding stationery ranging from small gift slips, bespoke RSVP cards to whole bespoke wedding suites.
I print using my trusty antique and vintage presses. They are my beautiful workhorses and they’re pieces of art in their own right! I have my very own German made 1940’s ‘Original Heidelberg’ press and my lovingly restored cast iron 1880’s Cropper Minerva foot operated platen press along with other ancillary machinery.
