With a strong belief in the power of the written word and a lifelong love of books, Emily has been making her own books since childhood. It was not until many years later living in Sienna, Italy that in 2013 she first studied the art of bookbinding. Since then, Emily’s passion has been fuelled and she is continuously learning both in workshops and classes, and through her own curiosity and experimentation.
Today, her custom made journals and sketchbooks are sold internationally, and it is her joy to share and teach journal making workshops in Gloucestershire.
